Nick Fury is actually black in the alternate Ultimate-series and is drawn to resemble Samuel L Jackson, they actually even asked for his permission.

The fact that they even got Sam Jackson in the movie to play the Ultimate-version Nick Fury is actually a kind of cool touch and great fanservice.

Well you have the right to prefer whatever you want, but that's beside the point, the point is that Nick Fury isn't black in Iron Man just because political correctness but to actually look like the character, albeit it's one of his alternate versions. I can however agree with you that The Hoff as Nick Fury, no scratch that, The Hoff as anything is pure awesomeness.
