I just downloaded my first game. I need what to do to burn it on a dvd. It is broken down into a bunch of files. Please help

it's packed into several RAR archives.
Go download WinRAR and unpack them.

Then depending on weather its a cd or dvd it will either have a cue/bin files
or be an iso use nero to burn either

Unpack the files with WinRAR. If the files are 001, 002, 003 and so on, open the first one (000 or 001) in WinRAR and extract it. If the files are r01, r02, r03 and so on, extract the rar-file. There's no need to extract the other files.
You should be left with an ISO. Burn it with Nero and insert it in your PS2.
