i went to RMA my sons DS lite because the mic is working but theres no serial code on the reverse side of the ds! the box has no serial code sticker either like some people on google were saying.
so i email nintendo's customer support clearly saying "there is no serial code on the back of my DS , neither is there a serial code on the box but i still have the original packaging and receipt"
the reply i get back obviously means they never read my email or there seriously retarded!

why the fuck are they using stupid white stickers for the serial number anyway? why dont they do what nearly every other company on the face of the earth does and either dye it onto the plastic or stamp it on with fire!
