Planning the rest of my life. I was Sad but now I am Smile

I am going over some of my condo sheets from the 3 show suits I saw today. I might be buying a brand new condo. 2 bedrooms/2 bath and a den by Polygon. It should be finished in 8 months.

http://www.polyhomes.com/index.php <--these people.

Here is a picture of the kind of kitchen. Granite slab countertops. Eating bar/island. Stainless steel appliances. Natural gas stove. A good security system with a video enterphone and security camera's

Shot at 2008-09-2

It has awsome amenities. I have 2 different fitness gyms. Outdoor pool which is great because all my friends have kids and they don't have pools. Gives them a reason to visit. It also has 3 condo suits that you can reserve for guests and a games room.

And I won't have a mortage, but I still have to pay monthly maint. fees. which include gas and hot water.

Best thing is all my friends live right around there and less crime. I am a couple of blocks from the ocean and lots of trails for the dog so he won't miss his backyard.

I have to sell everything I have just about. Nothing is going to fit. Even my fresh water fish tank. Then find someone to buy my place at the right time so I can pay off the new place. Also I have to come up with money down bit by bit right now for deposits. It might not work out.

Well best of luck with that, it sure seems worth the effort. Any idea on the total sq. foot space?

That's a strange reverse move because most people living in apartments aim to own a house with a yard. Confused

Yep
1130 SQ ft and that is $400,000. For the 3rd floor unit. The unit above which is the very top has vaulted ceiling (only difference) is $430,000. I have to pay GST which from 4.5-5 % because it is new. That also means I would be grandfathered in from strata by-laws. My by-law would be with the developer's. So later if the strata says no dogs it doesn't apply to me. No pit-bull allowed tho.

It has a walk in closet and a soaker tub and separate shower in the master bedroom. (I am going to lose my soaker juzzi tub) The second bathroom has a shower only.

$353/SQ ft is below the average for the area I think. Unless it changed.

I wish I had the scale of the draft then I would cut out furniture and play with it.

Yea, because they are having a family. I have since learned I hate yard work.

Squirrely: Now come on y'all. We can't waste time arguing. There could still be survivors out there. We need to hunt them down, and kill them.
Beary: How about we kill them, and then rape their bodies so we can use their blood as lubricant.
