Iirc the original inventor of that jetpack died after a head-on collision with a seagull during a test flight. Just an interesting fact.

that's not the propulsion system I had in mind Neutral

AA artillery says otherwise , they'll be torn to shreds in a battlefield
not a big easy target of course but when you shoot hundreds of shells the targer rarely gets away in one piece
