Developed by Garry Newman from Garry's Mod fame. It's not a finished game but fun though.

yes; you kill a bunch of dudes
the only thing a plot does in a purely action game is get in the way of the action, which is the entire point of the game
you play adventure or rpg games for plot
or read a book or watch a movie
you play games for adrenaline

Sure, sure. Keep on believing that. That's the lamest excuse for not even trying to get a decent story in a game, just because it's an action one. Didn't work for Max Payne, for example, at all. The story was sooo getting in the way, it didn't make sense and made the game sooo much less enjoyable. They should've just made him a psycho that wants to kill every-baddy. (Pun intended.)

But did anyone actually believe you'd get a story in a 25mb free game that is pure killing?

It's funny becuase I see people bichin' from time to time about the good old times when games where simple and fun, something you can pick up any time and play without thinking just to relax, and they ask where have those games gone.
Well they are not gone there are thousands of them the only difference really is that they are free, games like that are not sold anymore it's the epic games with big production values like Mass Effect and GTA that are so big they have mini games like this one in their big game.
If this game came out it 94 it would have been packed in a box with a 29.99$ sticker, there is hardly and difference between this game and Dangerous Dave, I remeber a great game would have been a hit in 95 and I don't even know the name because it's one of those flash games on the internet that you can't download but you play it on the spot, loads of fun, you build a barricade and you kill zombies that are trying to break threw then at night you give orders and look for survivors and better guns, then they kill zombies with you ahh the bodies and the blood, wish I could find it again but I lost the link a long time ago.
