I know thanks giving is tomorrow, but Im sure many of us canadians will be with out families and not be able to post. I myself am cooking a thanksgiving dinner for my niece and nephews. My brother is working (for the evil conservatives) all weekend and on thanks giving so him and his wife arent making thanksgiving. And my kids (what I call my niece and nephews) had the choice to go to their grandparents (sister in laws side) and fuck, those ppl are like stereotypical canadians. they dont cook with ANY spice, including salt and pepper. Like say you eat a piece of turley, you better have a bottle of hot sauce handy and take a swig so you can actually get some flavour in your mouth.
I cook with alot of spice (not hot spice for thanks giving) and i make garlic mash potatoes and my stuffing is really good and of course, pumpin pie for desert (this deli by my house makes THE BEST pumplin pie i have ever tasted) served with freshly made whipcream (from the deli, not that coolwip shit) from deli. Just writing about it makes my mouth water.
And my gravey is just...."kisses fingers"
Thanksgiving is the only meal I can cook well by the way (besides steak and chicken) 
so my kids are gunna make a day of it, gunna sleep over tonite (my nephew is dying to watch Iron Man, the dark knight and transformers with me and i promised my niece we could watch her hilary duff, highschool musical movies and the princess bride which are her fav movies atm, with me) and tomorrow we/they are gunna spend the day watching more movies (gunna watch some action/super hereo movies with my nephew and preteen movies with my niece) movies and playing videogames together while the turkey cooks.
My youngest newphew isnt coming cause he's a baby and all he likes to do is tear around and bang on shit. i love him with all my heart, but he wont sit still during movies and I dont want him fuckin up my expensive shit (consoles, computer, licking my videogames etc)
Anyway, Happy Thanksgiving CANADA!!
And if you canadians are wondering about the cranberry sauce or sweet potatoes....NOPE. I hate them both.
