Hi all, just a quick question really.. My DVD-Rom drive has gone in the 360 so I need to replace it but has anyone got any tuts on how to do this? Thought I'd ask here since alot of people know things about the 360.

Try Xbox-scene.com mate. Really good tuts there and the forums are pretty helpful.
