Agree..
Arcade games need to be fun, thats the only reason people would play such unrealistic car games. So something similar to Most Wanted would be awesome

Most Wanted was good - but I think by 'not what it used to be' I'd be looking further beyond that to the era of NFS:Porsche Unleashed and those before it.

NFS:Porsche was indeed great, possibly the best NFS game. But thats so long ago, they need to add something new to their games. Latest NFS games have just been getting boring and uninteresting :\

Yeah, I liked N4S, back then it was just racing fun with cops and traffic.
Now there are those lame stories noone cares about and pseudo-realism and neon lights.
I dunno, I just don't like the whole style anymore.
Most Wanted took a step back and then went in the right direction at least.

I'm hoping they finally do it right! Take the best bits from all the games!
NFS-Porsche Challenge's "Test Drive" feature. That was awesome that was. Test-driving all the different Porsche cars throughout the years.
NFS-Hot Pursuit's "Pursuit" game mode. Being chased by the police, or even BEING the police and chasing other drivers online.
NFS-Carbon's "Customisation" settings. Carbon had the absolute best customisation on the cars, with Auto-Sculpt topping the cake!
NFS-MW or ProStreet's "Graphics" These were easily the best looking of the series.
As for the music? I honestly don't care as long as it's not another DVD full of "gangsta" rap shite.

for me the best need for speed was porche unleashed , i liked the felliing of the cars in proo street except the drift part. in my opinion this nfs is gonna be good , ill play it like i played al the others, but i was hopin for a kind of underground 3.
nfs is still one of the best arcade drivin games i know.

The Nissan GT-R is my current dream car, owning an old R32 version myself I just love it. That being said, this game doesn't look to good going by the vid. Looks really dated, maybe it will play ok

I got excited for a second. I personally can't wait for this game. Hopefully it is most wanted 2.
