I havent tried this for xbox360 yet but I got the demo for PC & This game is F**k**g amazing,just one long adrenalin rush I for one cant wait for this to turn up on xbox360 & for me gets my vote as GOTY

I found the PC demo to be a subdued experience. I had very high expectations (everything Valve touches = gold), but I came away very disappointed. It feels more like a free mod than a standalone game. I was definitely going to buy this before the demo, but now I'm on the fence. The source engine is starting to show it's age...they need to get to work on Half-Life 3.

I says it will be forgotten in a month like Shadowrun. Co-op = boring, no teamplay. Maybe vs will be better but everyone who's seen it and who doesn't' lick Valve's ass says it's bad too.

Yup, it has 2-player splitscreen. Horizontal and vertical. I'm pretty sure you can play splitscreen online too (as in 2 people on your console and 2 people on another console).

Ok up to know i didnt notice the l4d demo that was uploaded on NG's, simple question, how do i install the demo if i downloaded it from NG's.

If it was the 360 demo, you just need to burn it to a disc and it will appear in your games menu.

I do lick valve's ass, and I still think it's not very good. The version to buy would be the PC, as I'm sure they'll update it a lot (like TF2, where the console gets no love). However, the split-screen co-op might be worth checking out.

No teamplay? Thats weired. I thought it was the opposite. No teamplay=death?

It's supposed to have teamplay. Several hours played during this weekend showed that no one gives a fuck. Maybe it's possible if you gather with friends and play a private game...
But that's not the only problem. The levels are uninteresting. At least the demo levs - and they should be super-attractive because the demo sells the game. There's no variations - play each one a dozen times and you'll know every spawn point of the hordes, every fuel canister etc.
