Does it need .NET Framework ? That's usually the cause of this error. Try installing that through Microsoft site (or just through windows update)

i have installed Net.framework and i cant play this game Crying or Very sad

Good to hear, also if you're using the RLD crack, note that they have released a crackfix. I finished the game with the paul.dll crack which works perfect.
