Are you a smoker?
Blood circulation in hands and feet are typical indicators of the condition your body is in if you're a smoker or otherwise have problems with your blood circulation (eg. high blood pressure).
I also think fisk should be unbanned.

so blood circulation problem , could that lead to heart disease? |
It is the other way around, it is the symptom; not the disease itself. Do you have cold feet as well?
I would recommend you go do a checkup, it may be nothing severe at all. But it may also be a symptom of a heart disease. Check your blood pressure, electrocardiogram and have the doctor listen to your heart thoroughly. If there are any indicators it will show up on these, and if so, they can pin-point it and find a solution.
Do you take any medication currently? Anything that has acetylsalicylic acid in it (eg. Aspirin)? Have you seen symptoms "go down" or up when you take aspirin? |
cold feet too , but the thing is for me it's either blue'ish cold or sweaty as hell , depends on the season, I guess I gotta check up just in case , btw I do feel either ultra heart pumps or sometimes I can hardly feel it at all with my hand on my hands
I don't take any medications, haven't taken any aspirin in years

It's hard to make an exact diagnosis, especially since I am no doctor in medicine (I've just taken basic medicine). I strongly advise you to look up a physician and get examined properly. Do not let them dismiss it. Be persistent.
What is happening is that your heart is unable to pump blood efficiently to the extremities furthest from the heart, into the smallest veins, or the capillaries. Think of your body as a series of tubes and the heart as a pump, the further away the weaker the flow. But a healthy heart doesn't have a problem supplying even the farthest capillaries (supplying them, and the nerves with oxygen). Usually when there isn't enough blood supplied to hands and feet they lose some sensitivity. You might even feel a tingling feeling (as when a body part "falls asleep" and then "wakes" again), this sensation is basically the nerves temporarily losing their oxygen supply (and ability to function) and then regaining it as the blood (and oxygen supply) returns.
There is one more possible explanation and that is stress. When you are stressed out, the body physically reacts by providing the essential body parts with blood. It is ready for "combat", and doesn't let the nerve system in arms/hands/feet get as much blood. It essentially for the moment you feel stress, reacts as if you were being in a life-threatening fight. You are less susceptible to pain, you might feel as though you cannot breathe (as muscles contract around the chest, preparing for impact) and you will not bleed as much if you are wounded. Another side effect is cold hands/feet (for the same reason described previously).
One typical stress-condition that is associated with this is panic-anxiety. I'm not sure that this is the case, seeing as you describe your condition is seasonal. But I will bring it up anyways.
Good luck!
p.s. Look up "Raynaud's Syndrome".

I knew about the heart not pumping strong enough to reach my hands and feet thing , it's even hard to type fast in the keyboard when my hands are freezing
I'm going to check up and see if I got any disease , if I do then it's time to make the most of it and die and be remembered young.
Thanks pal for your time and advice.

I also have cold hands/feet very often, but I am quite a slacker and don't do much sports. When I finally get to do some sports, like jogging or so, I notice how much better the bloodflow is for a few days. Maybe you should try working out (and so should I...)

Perhaps you ought to pick up aspirin again. If I remember correctly it's got the added benefit of thinning out the blood, making it easier for the body to push it around.

Well... I would still consult a doctor, taking aspirin is no solution if it works out for him. But it is certainly a way to test.

Odd, Im the exact opposite. I can be outside in the freezing cold, my hands will feel like ice to meet and I'll touch someone (shaking hands or something) and they will be like 'holy fuck your hands are warm". All the women Ive been with always commented on the heat my body generates, even when I complain im cold.
I thought maybe I had high blood pressure some weird aliment and I dont. Im fine (and yes, I smoke).
Like right now, its like 7C in my basement and my arms feel like they are radiating heat...and I have a small fan blowing on me.
And like i said, im healthy as a horse.
Its weird.
But ive also known ppl (well, women...never slept with a guy, much less naked with a guy lol ) who were always cold and they were fine as well. Healthy, in shape ppl.
The only part of my body that gets cold to the touch are my feet and its very rare...like it has to be -25C outside in the winter while im sleeping and have the window wide open and end up kicking the covers off me or something.
