Lol, how unexpected is that, carmack's team said they were making a whole new game, which had no connections to Doom3, and from what i have read there were no plans to make any type of D3 expansion pack. Great news though, excellent news even, i always thought D3 lacked that little much. I hope this addon can fill that, i wonder when it will be out.

I'd blame them if they waste this chance to fuck D3 over even more... original sucked IMO never finished it.. so bad it was
And no I don't run a shitty 486 that can't handle the ''suberb'' graphics... darkness sure needs alot of specs nowadays...

No, there never was news about an exp, maybe rumors or idea´s that the makers had but that´s easily BS, nothing was ever 100% confirmed about a D3 exp...ever, and i dunno how you take ur info but for me if it´s not 100% it´s instant BS. The news that there will be an EXP just came today for the first time. |

DOOM 3 Mission Pack 33 Comments

According to the December issue of Computer Gaming World, in an interview with id Software co-owners Todd Hollenshead and Tim Willits, Tim stated when asked about the upcoming projects for id, that "John [Carmack] announced that we have a DOOM 3 mission pack on the way". Although that was all that was said about it and provided this can be confirmed, this is awesome news and is definitely something that we will all looking forward to getting more info on!

They could invent a flashlight wich you can attach to your gun, but that would be too hightech for ppl who can fly to mars with a spaceship ;D
And ID could hire some real level designers who finally can make some decent levels. So after all d3 was shit and this is just expanded shit.

Also I'm pretty sure they did indeed say that one was in the works back in the summer. ID said they weren't making it though which is true. Nerve is developing it. Only thing they did though was port RTCW to xbox but that was a damn good port. Might pick it up. Depends on when it comes out.

Lol yes they rocked omg, spiderdroide MGs omg, yes when i saw them for the first time i had a hard ****. Especially when i saw them fight the monsters. It was a shame they were only at the start of the game.
