Looks interesting indeed, I would have preferred an additional first/third-person perspective for this one but beggars can't be choosers.

Does the name, "tier 1", imply what this is some season 1 or phase 1 thing?

Tier 1 is generally meant as the best. Here i guess the best spec ops team.
"best of the best of the best,sir".

Really like that its only designed for kb/m, with a lot of kb shortcuts. Almost feels oldschool.
Back to when you always got the kb paper cutout in the box cause every key was used in some way.
