Not being an American here (or missed all the RTL shows the last 5 years...all the Germans here will know what I mean...never watch that crap NEVER I SAY!) I have no clue as to who this guy is...is he supposed to be funny or somet...ok ababababa abacus...sort a funny, but i still don't get it....I am sure I missed somet major, and I mean no offence here and all that...but it ain't funny...I guess unless you know the background "joke" you will never get this one.

I am an American..and i dont really get it..I do know who the guy is..it's Bam Margera's (skater and one of the guys from Jackass) uncle..who obviously cant speak clearly. But it's not funny IMO.
