Did anyone manage to install Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate X64 OEM (c) Microsoft *READ NFO* *DVD* - NoPE?
When it's on the "completing instalation" step a BSOD appears really fast and the computer reboots.
After that the instalation says it rebooted unexpectedly and tells me to start the instalation again.
A friend told me this version was nuked. There was a missing file during install.
Can anyone confirm that?
If that's correct, what's the best Vista version to get?
Thanx.

Damn! :/
The only thing I can suspect is on the hard drive. It's a Seagate SATA 400Gb that I just received from a RMA.
Thanx for the reply.

are you sure the download was complete? sometimes you need only to recheck the files downloaded and it should work. it happened to me on a few occasions, of course other things but the rule still applies

Vista is susceptible to bad burns even though everything else you burn at whatever speed works fine. You may just have a bad DVDR.
