For a while now I am getting a sort of black out. I don't know when it happens and I don't know what I do during them. I'm not falling asleep when it happens that I know.
Its hard for me to explain but picture yourself in front of your computer reading this very post and the next thing you know your somewhere else in your house and two hours have gone by. You have no memory of what you did within this time.
That's whats happening to me. The amount of time vary but the longest was about two hours long. However its becoming more frequent. Its like I am getting picked up from one time and simply set into another in a different location. I try and try to figure out what I have done within this time if anything at all but I can't find anything.
I know I am not falling asleep and simply sleep walking because I will be fully awake and I don't feel like I have just woken up after being snapped back. Anyone have any ideas on what it could be?

too much drugs i nyer system 
and sometimes you can be sleeping and you wake up and you won't know if yer sleepin or you're losing your mind or your memory. i have these tho. Sometimes i find myself in the shower not sure how i got there washing blood stairs from my face. But i alwasy have these incredible headaches before a block out occurs. do you get those?

such an absence of mind (/ petit mal absence) might be just a sign of growing up (the brain acting up a bit because of hormonal imbalances) or a sign of epilepsy. Or a symptom of another underlying cause.
My advice: Get checked out by a neurologist at your earliest convenience.

You probably guessed it, but these blackouts are common amongst Iraqi vets suffering from PTSD. Other symptoms include:

-Overreaction (Ex. when your daughter breaks a dish, you lash out and beat her)

Then there's alcohol abuse, guilt, anger, feeling alienated from everyone around you...
What to do? Ask your doc for a referral to a good trauma therapist. Quick google also reveals:

My conclusion is the same as tainted, I've read about lots of people who experienced trauma that just shuts off for periods of time during which those around them cannot get in touch with them until they snap out of it.

Yeah, first thing I thought of is the same as tainted. My dad had them for a while after he got hurt.
Still Nuclear, it could be something more serious dude. GO TO THE DOCTOR FOR SURE! Get an MRI, CATscan or X-Ray done. Cuz I just watched something on this on the Discovery Channel Health Channel. It could be PTSD and u might need meds (my dad does) or it could be something serious. Not trying to scare you brother, but its true man.
Get checked out right away. Like within the next day or two, minimum.
There's a few things Im thinking of aside from PTSD but dont want to say cuz i dont want to put ideas in your head.
Just get checked out right away man.
I know i dont know you in the sense we dont go out for drinks or coffee together, but still, I dont want to see anything bad happen to you.
I dont want to see anything bad happen to anyone here...aside from dazz, I'd love it if he got fucked by a horse lol JUST JOKING Dazz, trying to lighten to the mood

Dude, that kid was also autistic but because that stupid Scientology bs doesnt consider Autism a real disease, he wasnt treated.
I know the pics Travolta's family released make him look normal, but ive seen images on tv and pics of Jett just like walking to a car or sitting somewhere and he was CLEARLY autistic. High functioning maybe, but autistic none the less.
And autism shouldnt be left untreated.
Travolta can thank his alien god's for his ineptness.....I feel bad for Jett but it was his dumb parents fault.
Cause in scientology, mental illness (like depression or autism or anxiety or whatever) isnt considered a real disease.
Fuckin sickening people. I wonder what will happen if Cruise's daughter Suri gets depressed as a teen or develops a mental disorder or even Katie Holmes.
Untreated depression can lead to tons of health problems and even suicide.
