I bought an elite, and im unsure which firmware to use.

My drive looks like the last one displayed in this picture,
http://pictures.xbox-scene.com/xbox360/dvdtest/samsung-hitachi-benq.jpg
BenQ VAD6030

Use Benq iXtreme v1.41 ?
Or
iXtreme 1.5, contains LiteOn, Benq, Samsung firmwares,
(not sure which to choose in this one, Liteon or benq?)

Elite 120GB, BTW

Its prolly a Liteon which means you need a connectivity kit to extract the firmware key and thereby flashing.

Lookin thru that tut,
i noticed i dont need this connectivity kit (as Mutantius mentioned) is that correct?
This is replaced by the use of DVDKey32 .. meaning i can flash this baby straight away? Shocked

The point is, i dont want to wast any money on this hardware just to extract these firmwares.
