Why are there only RHD Skylines? Well because they were only sold in countries with left-lane traffic  Namely Japan and Australia 
And yes, a left-hand drive conversion is possible for the R34, but believe me, it's NOT worth the money (unless you're missing your left arm or something ), since there never has been left-hand Skylines officially produced by Nissan, it'll be very expensive.
But who cares if it's RHD? My own car is a JDM spec STi, RHD, and in sweden we have right-lane traffic! It's all about getting used to, and for me it took just over a day, then it's all good, no problems at all!

Why the fuck would i want to pass a car in a corner anyway?? I only pass cars on straghts with good sight distance.
