And what makes you think it's unhealthy? This is like a first-grader question, if I put my cock in the fire will it get hurt.

You just have to buy really quality sit and don't overdo it. Know your limits and nothing can go wrong...

Yeah, the seat is the most important thing, so you have the right stance which cycling.
Mortibus, I don't know who says that but it's obviously not true. The most important things can't be bought e.g Friends, Love, Family and like you say, Health.

I used to go downhill mountain biking every weekend. By the time i would get home i could barely stand from being so tired, after about 20- 30 miles up and down hills. Its great for your health and fitness.

I can't get tired from cycling maybe I should find a hill to climb on, I just bought one of those computers to track my mileage.
Running is a different story but that's boring.

Buy a gel seat. What bike do you have, is it a hard tail? Should have got full suspension.

only thing that could be bad in cycling is that if you have the wrong seat, man it really hurts in the balls..

hmm my brother got hit by a car and the windscreen wipers cut him open a bit, damaging some nerves, otherwise cycling is perfectly healthy!
