I'm planing on buying a bicycle and some friends warned me that its not that healthy to cycle every day, well why not ?

well ppl here live till 80-90 years easy, cycling at that age as well Laughing

so decide yourself

but as far as i see u have better chance to get killed in your country rather than die from old age so i would't worry about health that much Razz

Yeah, the seat is the most important thing, so you have the right stance which cycling.

I used to go downhill mountain biking every weekend. By the time i would get home i could barely stand from being so tired, after about 20- 30 miles up and down hills. Its great for your health and fitness.

Buy a gel seat. What bike do you have, is it a hard tail? Should have got full suspension.
