this is what happens when you greedily try to munch on the piece of pie that is already reserved for annual mainstream monoliths and a few "we struck gold" games like rocket league, dayz, etc.

Yeah...UFG could not touch Sleeping Dogs, as Squeenie owned the IP (and SE owns Triad Wars, too). So Smash + Grab was UFG's attempt to do something to stay afloat....
