We took out the yolks after the 4th one. So I don't expect to be having a seizure anytime soon.

Your right. Those idiots that break like 4 eggs in a glass and drink it are stupid. Its good protein but its not healthy. When I used to compete. I'd have a high protein breakfast, but cook eggs, just 1.
And I used to buy Amino Acid pills. Nothing but vitamins and proteins and stuff. You take one of those (they were like fuckin horse pills), 30 mins later you shit your brains out and you have tons of energy for the rest of the day. And its good for building definition when working out.
All natural too.
Its the best supplement to use.

Alcohol in a controlled environment will not make you puke, look like a retard or even suffer some sort of poisoning. I would rather get piss drunk and look like a retard puking all over someones expensive suede couch, than eat a shit load of eggs and risk a fucked up state for 3 days.
