Every time I want to install a kitserver i get this error:

I searched the net countless times and fownd nothing. Does anybody know how i can get past this ??
My system is E8500 4GB RAM 4870x2 1TB HDD and Vista sp1

did u install it correctly?

Place kitserver folder in KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2009\ and run setup.exe
make sure the folder is named kitserver.

Game Executable = Pes2009.exe
Settings Executable = Settings.exe

Make sure current state says : Installed correctly!
