I willl have to agree with that spykez.
My grandfather had a 67 Super Charger....oh man, what a sexy fuckin car. Midnight black with 2 red racing stripes. I was young when he had it and planned on buying it from him when I turned 16 but he fuckin sold it! For some POS Buick.....man......I have pics of the car....goddamn it was hot. Alll it needed was a new interior and maybe a better engine (dunno what kinda motor he had...but if I would have bought it I would have stuch a v12 in that bitch).
But the body was in mint condition. And the sound....my god...the sound alone made you cum in your pants.
I'd love to see the muscle car come back (obviously way more fuel effecient). It beats those stupid lawnmower sounding cars like the Civic and shit. I hate those cars. I laugh my ass off when Im driving somewhere with someone and some idiot flies by with his lawnmower on wheels lol
Even my girl's car, she has a BMW (dunno what model, can find out tho) but it doesn't have that rough, deep, growling sound ya know?
Really nice car tho. And its my fav colour, black. Drove it earlier tonite. Drives so smoothly.
I should find out what model it is.

Not that many sexy Japanese cars. Lexus make some pretty good looking ones tho.

Does anyone else find the idea a car can be beautiful very sad and materialistic? A woman is beautiful,a painting can be beautiful, a car is just a metal box.. it gets you from A to B...thats it.

Couldn't agree more. I mean I prefer a faster and more comfortable car but how can anyone find them sexy is beyond me.

a car's shape is like a physical painting. some cars are beautiful. but yeah there's not many of them on the streets.

sure ,DB5s ,E-types Miuras, Daytonas , F1s , etc look really good they aint sexy
and sure some muscle cars like an Impala , GT500 and 73-74 Grand Torino look good , but shit cars are cars
looks < handling

Audi R8 V12 TDI is slightly modified and it like it's frond end mods more than the classic 4.2 l R8

I sorta like how the old body styles are coming back like the mustang and the challenger but the engines are always going to be crap now, too much bullshit cramped in there.
I had plan on buying a 1072 Chevelle SS Orange with Black stripes but things didn't work out as I planned.
There was this video I had of a 60's charger I think it was that had this dual supercharger in it, he could tromp on the pedal and literaly watch the gas needle go down like his RPMS were backing off. |

the bad thing is that a fucking nissan with half the engine's size (in cc) has the same horsepower
ex. a Ferrari Daytona from the late 60's early 70's has like a 4.4 liter V12 on it that churn out a little over 350 hp and an Audi RS 4 has a 4.2 TFSI V8 and has over 400 hp , like 100 less than the daytona and i'm willing to bet that the ferrari eats a shitload more than the audi. |

how can you say that? if you're going to buy a car for practical purposes, why buy performance? you're driving on the same roads as before but you are not allowed to use 90% of your car's performance, because of speed limits. so you can only use it on the weekend/track days.
buy for looks and the showy attention or the culture around them. buy a merc cause you're a businessman, buy a skyline cause you're a hoodlum, buy a TVR cause you're angry. Then buy an ariel atom for the weekends.
