Okay, so me and my gf haven't had sex for 5 days(and she isn't on her period), so I was wondering, should i cut her loose and dump her. I just think that in a healthy relationship the female should allways be wanting sex, and not having sex for 5 days and pulling back when I try is a big sign she is losing sexual attraction to me. She still loves me, kisses me and caresses me but these last 5 days I tried every night but she allways pulled back, I am not even gonna ask her whats up, I am just thinking about dumping her hardstyle.
She's in the midst of a big move and has been living with me for a few weeks now, so yeah I think she is just having second thoughts about it all. But I am not one to keep a user around, if she's no longer sexually attracted to me then all my feelings towards her will dissipate like snow under a burning sun. I cannot have feelings for women who aren't into me, so dumping her would be supereasy and I won't really have any regrets.
Tell me, what would you guys do?

If the above is indeed true. Have you considered how your girl would feel knowing you discuss intimate details like this?

Next time dont ask her whats wrong, if you do she'll just get defensive and tell you that you should know whats up with her. Just try and be loving and sooth her with your energy.
Take her out, be a little spontanious and surprise her, catch her off guard so to speak and she'll soon forget all about her problems. Talking isnt always the answer.

U know nothing of how to make a relationship work at all man. Talking/Communication is the most important part of a relationship. If things are left unsaid, it usually turns out bad...i'd say 99% of the time dude.
Any family/couples therapist will tell you the same. Communication and compassion (amoung other things) is ESSENTIAL to a stable, healthy relationship.
Just because you wine and dine her and she may cheer up, that thought will linger and eventually there will be a big fight and in a severe case, she and the man will grow to resent one another.
Trust me, this is something I'd consider myself an expert on....I went through it for years with my exwife.... |
