So i'm wondering first and foremost if the mods/admins would allow this too happend, I would very much like to create a clan project within counter-strike source or 1.6 where we would most likely play enemydown, ESL, CAL or the SGL.
So before I go on with any specifics about the team required, would the admins/mods be interested in letting us represent NFOHump in CSS or cs 1.6.
So, what do you think?
EDIT: Okay so I've gotten the go-ahead from Rinze. I've decided to go with Counter-Strike Source instead of CS 1.6. What I am looking for is at least 6 members for the clan, all players specified within their specific type of weapons but able to play all of them well!. Now in order for this to work I'll need people that know how to play, especially aim. I do not necessarily need to take the spot as the team leader considering that I do not have much experience of leading so if anyone else is willing and more motivated please do include that.
I am primarily looking for European players because of the time zones, maybe an American member would like to take the initiative and start an American CSS division?
So to summarize it I currently need to fill in these two spots at the moment:
Caller: ---
Team leader: ---- ( me if no one else wants to)
The rest are just member spots so to speak, as I wrote before I need to recruit specific kind of players, such as a scoper (AWP) allaround( everything but a tad more into m4/ak47).
The goal with the clan is to most importantly have fun but to play and represent NFOHump at a more serious level of gaming instead of having a public server clan.
This project might very well fail by tomorrow depending on the amount of good players we have here who wants to join us.
I can host a ventrilo server for now which runs stable, I do not have a warserver so until then we'll have to play server off in our PCW's. Website might be able to be filled in later on depending on if the admins can be arsed and how far we actually get.
So if you wish to join, please PM me here or add me on steam which is everlookz. Oh yeah, this should be obvious but talking on vent is mandatory 
Hopefully I haven't missed anything and if I have just ask the questions here in the thread and I'll answer it.
I would appreciate it if this could be stickied in order to raise the attention of more people.

um... im in, i was playin for couple of british and international clans... was pretty good once upon a time, but my lappy is broken atm and im waiting for repair, its in service. I was playin on enemydown... we were in top 10 for first 2 months... i think... KBB clan. that was 2 or more yrs ago... there was 5* clan i think.. we won them on some enemydown map, cant remember a name :/. they was in top 5 i think...
was long time ago...

css ofc, im not into 1.6 anymore...

Yeah I could never get into source when it was released, the weapons felt like shit.
Played CS from some beta to 1.6 though so a bit biased. |

i was caller from time to time, but not . i was pretty quiet when we've played, just obwying order and killing all of them . but i can participate in creating a strategy for maps... Anyway if i think better, i could be caller from time to time, on specific maps... not all of them.
And i prefer m4a1, famas... sometimes awp, depends what map we playin...

i have never played the 1.6, but when hl2 came with the source , took me a year to get into it..
cs is game with no tutorials lol..jump right into action and for someone with no expirience, you can't stand more then few secs as you all know, but..after a while i become pro and fall in love with map name fy_iceworld and i am very good at this map..will take me very few weeks to be on top10 of every iceworld only server, but big problem is ping..most of the servers send me too high ping:( but...i am good and my fav weapon is the shotgun.

I think the nfohump steam group is made for people who generally pursue happyness through entertainment, be that CSS or whatever, go for it.

I'd only be interested in playing it casually, I tried it last night to see whether I still 'had it' and I don't... so cannon fodder I'm afraid, and I wouldn't find playing against organised clans fun so I'm not interested in that respect.

not true, on source aiming is shit devs made sure to make it very unrealistically hard, especially with the AK aiming isn't worth a shit unless you fire bullet by bullet
