lol 47 would just run in and shoot. snake has to sneak around and wait for the right time to shoot or he gets surrounded. 47 doesn't give a fuck. snake is a pussy with pms.

He would have killed both before they even see him...Well perhaps 47 stands a chance...But Snake would be dead before he knew it...
Actualy due to the fact I cant stand the MGS series(played every single one of them in order to be able to hate them even more) I would say even Sam Fisher has a chance against Solid Snake - he is just a steril emo with pseudo-existantial pacifistic excuses behind how pathetic he is in his lack of free will....
But if it is a battle of clones...47 - defenatly 47...Or my character from Deus Ex....
Also..Snake is homosexual that hides from addmiting this in a box- has been canonicly confirmed...I wouldn't exactly call this great infiltration skills - I call this denial...
And even though every MGS is labled "tactical espionage action" I never realy used any stealt other then overly abusing the above mantioned box and the tranq-pistol....This is not stealt -at least not any greater then hiding behind boxes in CS and waiting till someone passes infront of you to shoot him...
PS: Bisexual flamenco dancing vampires murdering little girls in love with their overly geeky older brothers, who at the same time had a relationship with his step mother, due to which the mother decided to kill his father...Did I mantion the fat man on rollers who throws bombs and shoots an uzi? Or the character who's only backstory is that HE IS COVERED IN BEEEES! ?Or the homosexual GRU general with tesla coils in his hands?Or how about a nymhomanic sadist with tenticles(kh-kh-hentai fan-service anyone ?) coming out of the head-section of her suite ?Snake ? Snaaaaaaake!!!!?
I swear...If there is any other game I think is even more over rated then Final Fantasy 7(if that is possible) that would be the MGS series...

Vide the game cliches thread - almost every game has a level where you have to go stealh otherwise you fail. But after that you can fire rockets all over the place |

All in all I say it depends on the situation, what we know about 47 from the games is he's not so much on stealth but knows illusion, where as snake, the only illusion he knows is a box but knows stealth.
In lets say a huge bank like you see in a james bond and their ordered to kill each other, I would say 47 as he'll be nicely disguised (don't forget in MGS 1 he didn't even know "Master" was liquid snake disguised.)
Put them in a factory deserted or something im sure snake would win, he knows how to sneak around and god forbid he's hiding in a box.
Gun to Gun Combat I would give to 47, while they are both trained in such weapons, I would rely more on a hitman trained to get a job done than someone of the military.
Hand to Hand combat, I haven't seen 47 do much other than strangle, stab etc. So I could give that to snake.....punch punch roundhouse, punch punch roundhouse |
