I don't think that physical activity immediately prior to sleep works very well. Anytime I hit the gym late at night my body doesn't go into sleep mode until a couple hours later.
I think some studies suggested not doing that either but I'm not sure.
I just make sure not to take short naps throughout the day, eat healthy/stay active and maintain a sleep friendly environment near my bed. Dark, quiet and cool + comfy does the trick.

It's called (simply), ADDICTED TO THE INTERNET!.
Honestly , that's what is is.
I've had it, just turn it off, lie down and goto sleep.

Lie down and try to imagine something. If you haven't lost this talent yet...

Try herbel remedies (Valarian Root) and prolly some others. Try homemade remedies. Try meditation. Try exercising.
If none of those work, I suggest going to your doctor. See what he or she suggests.
I have some ideas as to what your doc may suggest, but thats irrelevant. Talk to your doc.

yea my main problem is taking a nap during the day, I just need to take a nap throughout the day or I just crash in next hour, nothing will wake me up.
I used to drink valarian herbs..it helps to clam down and relax but frankly i dont think about anything, you could argue that i have an empty head. I could just go lie down on bed and just stare at ceiling and thinking about nothing.. I don't even know who my doctor is, have not been there in 3 years now...plus I dont think i have insurance anymore since I turned 18 last year..yay for never getting sick
ohh well, school will be almost over in two months, hopefully with working every day. I get back to regular sleep pattern again
