I have attempted to set up a wired network running from PS3 to Router so I can share media. Wireless works fine but it stutters too much running HD videos. I keep getting the same message which is DNS error disconnected from media server. This happens after it has connected and after about 5 mins of streaming. When i look at my router it does some kind of reset when connected to the ps3 (all the lights light up and the internet goes down for about 30 secs then all comes back on again)
The things I have tried so far ar as follows after reading around the problem:
Everything set to Auto - same issue
Copy the wireless settings and manually input my IP and DNS settings-same issue
disable UPNP-same issue
Signature/Avatar nuking: none (can be changed in your profile)
