I had tried the French demo & that had given me a BSOD as well. It was something referring to atidkmag.dll error. Though it was only once. Now that the full version is out, I was just having a play through it & during a checkpoint save sequence, it went into a sound loop & BSOD'd. Anyone else facing similar issue?

My config:
Intel Core 2 Duo E6300 (@stock)
2GB Kingston DDR II 667Mhz RAM
ATI HD4850 512MB Graphic card (@stock) on Catalyst 9.2 driver

Any idea why it would be happening? The temps are 48 degrees at load, so that wouldn't be an issue. It doesn't happen with any other game either.

Game is the problem (or crack, who knows),i tested on 3 computers:

1.Scripts load error -> crashed to desktop (system is similar with yours only with 8800GT)
2.Not enough memory msg -> crashed to desktop (Radeon 4870 catalyst 9.1)
3.Not enough memory msg,sometimes BSOD (Radeon 4850 catalyst 9.2)

Just to mention i tested full game NecroVision - RELOADED.

EDIT: I just google little bit..memory leak problems everywhere Laughing

I'm pretty sure it's the game. Even the demo seemed to be plagued with this problem. I thought it would be an ATI driver related issue but since you mentioned an Nvidia card as well, then it seems like a game issue. I got this only once in the demo & it didn't happen after that. Similarly, in the full version it just died out once but hasn't shown any signs till now. Any workaround found for it?

Some ppl solved this problem by setting lower resolution (1024x768) and some details, other still have problems.I dont want to play it that way,its an OK game for me...run n gun fun,i only hope 1C is aware of this problem becouse is present in the demo also,so..patch would be nice.

i am having a unique and strange problem ...lol

whenever i finish my playing session and want to quit, as soon as i press quit it restarts the pc suddenly as if i pressed the pc reset button!

the gameplay it self is without any problems or crashes and i am using the 1.1 vitality crack with patch....maybe a crack problem? although i doubt it as i never faced any problems with VTY cracks before.

( i never used the initial v 1 rls , i started playing with 1.1 + vty)

Thanks for the heads up on the patch BLAM. I'll give it a shot again. Hope it fixes this odd issue. Either it's the game or the driver. Thank again.

No linking to illegal files, mate. S'in the rules (cracks are illegal, even if you do just use them for your own legit copies)
