and every gig it's over the limit it charges 1 €

40gb is pretty good. Thats like 20 games/movies a month. I doubt I would download more then that.
I probably don't download more then 20gb per month, and I have no limit.

At one point Bell Sympatico highspeed DSL in Canada tried to pull some download capping shit (5 gb/month). They dropped it eventually ... perhaps they were losing customers like crazy.
I have rogers cable internet now... last month I used 150 GB of bandwidth on Usenet alone.

no limit and i easily d/l more than 40 gb a month with my shitty connection (95 down 14up) My isp isn't too bad its cheaper than most rivals the only bad thing is the upload is half the standard here. but we get newsgroups (most anyway) with no limit so it's all good .

it's like a kid crying for new shoes, and then seeing another kid with no legs..
i have 8 gb a month (upload+download) because i have 256..if i had 128 from my isp i would have 5 gigs..
i have happy hours though..6 hours per night free..i manage to download 13 gigs within this period..
so..be happy with your 40 gigs!!!!!!!!!!!!!
and remember, these limits allow isp's to unload their network..so better stability and efficiency

Full Duplex 10Mbit, no limits, no pause, no break, just fast hard core speeds and a lot of full harddrives.
I could pay slightly more and get 100Mbit (also FD), but with that comes a 300GB limit, which I do not want.

Im currently on a 640kbts@home with 1GB international DLs and 10 national DLs. Those bastards...
Anyway i have already sign in for a new 4MB adsl service with 25GB.
