Hi All,
i posted a thread 2-3 weeks ago about my HD 4870 512mb slow texture loading in GTA IV & after weeks of searching & trying things i have finally found the permanent fix for my problem,its a software called Systweak CacheBoost Professional Edition it has solved my gta iv slow texture loading problem,thanks to this guy on youtube:

Yeah I get this shit too. Thought it was a crossfire issue as I'm running two of them but none of this occurred on my 4850's.

You dont need cache clearing tools to boost ram amount, you can purge your cached memory etc with a simple command, even create a shortcut for it on your desktop and run it everytime you need to.
