Okay this post is primarily for dutch users as they will be able to read the posted website and read the fine print. So I have an Iphone and I took the option for a mobile internet data plan of 200Mb, according to their site I can access the internet on my iphone for 9.99€ a month, as long as I don't surpass my 200Mb I just pay 9.99€ a month, if I exceed this 200Mb I have to pay 0.03€/Mb.

So last night I open my mailbox, an invoice of my monthly shit of my provider is in there and it says 334 connections with cost of 183.7725€. I was like WHAT THE FLIPPING FUCK no way hosé. I checked again cuz I might be drunk or something but noooo, it clearly said 183.7725€???

So I took my calculator and did a division 183.7725 / 334 and this equalled 0.55€ per connection, so now my eye fell on this,

apparantly they are calculating my shit as if I weren't on any data plan and I am arsed if I am gonna pay them a dime of their money, they can go to fucking hell. I ain't crazy, I am gonna call them today to set this straight, if any of you here think I am missing some fine print then lemme know okay,

and I never download shit on my iphone, I just use it to occasionaly open webpages and check my email, thats it, no way I am even above my 200Mb, I calculated my monthly usage to be around 100Mb maximum, absolute maximum!

Tell them that your plan is about MBs downloaded, not connections.

Calling them now!!!! Will update as soon as I get a reply, I might help some other proximus customer on this forum by telling this so they don't get stiffed.

Now they tell me they haven't even received my application for their 200Mb dataplan, I said 'you can forget if I am gonna pay a dime of that money, I ain't paying for someone elses mistakes'. They made a note of my complaint and forwarded me to their complaint service, so I have to call 'em back on monday, fucking hell, bunch of stingy bastards. Someone else who might not know better might have paid them blindly.
