Looks like we lost the pre-order GAME exclusive early access demo, here's an excerpt from the company to customers:
Dear Customer
Thank you for preordering Battlefield: Bad Company 2 from GAME.co.uk
The developer of the game has advised us that the GAME Exclusive one week demo access (due to start on the 28th January) is now no longer available.
However, don't worry as you will still get a full 3 week access to the Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Demo via Xbox Live or The Playstation® Network from the 4th February 2010.
Who cares about playing a demo if you already purchased the game? Isn´t the demo there to try to sell you the game? When did things go so damn backwards?
Exclusive demo must be the stupidiest thing I have ever heard of.

Understood, I agree with you 100% it did seem odd to offer exclusive access to a demo of a game you already pre-ordered!
I got the email as a result of pre-ordering and was actually unaware of any special considerations re a demo.
The sound in this franchise is the best I have heard in a game period. Explosion and destruction effects are top notch. Shame it probably wont be as successful as MW2, which it clearly outdoes
does look like they did a good job on this for console as looking really good,you can tell by the slow left to right up a bit aiming that its played by a joypad & on the xbox360 also,nut never the less looking really good,I'll be buying for PC though although i may purchase for PS3 if any of my friends have purchased it too
Bah, its really want to try it out on the "never gone online before" box... but can't make a backup of the HDD I use on the banned 360 because the transfer cable haven't arrived yet :/ Would really suck to get all my save games corrupted as some people have experienced
Iv got a 256 MB memory unit too, but well... pretty damn sure the demo is way larger
