anyone know of any people in the US that can unbrick hitachi drives? i have one that i goofed up and bricked while flashing and another that was give to me that someone had already bricked. i was talking to a guy at x-s and he says he can unbrick my hitachi and retrieve the key from the other one but he's in Canada and i hate to get involved with customs on this stuff
I have the same problem. I was trying to flash my cousin's hitachi, my computer froze while dumping the firmware in jungleflasher and so I had no choice but to end the process, leaving the drive bricked. now it just blinks and wont eject.
I still have the original firmware key, can I do anything with it?
