I have Logitech MX Duo, as well as Logitech Dual Action USB...controls don't function, KB doesn't work...only thing that works is the mouse. Updated drivers for both, ran, replugged in, tried on other EA Sports games (all of which worked)...I'm completely clueless as to why this doesn't function properly. Been waiting for this game since the end of last season and now less than happy that it does not work...any ideas?

In the same situation as you. Mouse works in Live, but nothing else. Keyboard works for typing, but can't use it to play. Controls fine in every other EA sport game this year.

make sure you choose the correct control name when you play. it does not matter if you config on the configure option you still have to choose the control name at the screen where you move your control to the team you want to play.
i want to ask are you able to use defense play/ offense play? when i press select to called a play none of my button work except the #4 on defense/offense the rest if i press select for of/def and other key they start to do intentional foul/timeout. please help. all my button work fine on the gravis eliminator but just that calling a defense/offense play only my button #4 work the rest of the button is just foul/timeout for no reason.
any of you guy experience this problem?

Thats the issue...all the controllers and keyboard show up on that screen, and you can choose one using the mouse only, but when the game start nothing works.

the way i did mine is select my gravis eliminator then customize my button and then save it. At the control/keyboard menu i move my controller to x team and then i press on config the control and choose the new setting i just setup.
dont know if that will help you.

Weird. My gamepad worked perfectly fine. I have a Logitech Dual Action gamepad.

i just set up the keyboard and try setup play for off/def it seem to work but not the controller. any idea? unistall and then reinstall it?
