me and this bitch from 5 years broke up earlier this week, she always calls the cops and starts shit, shes been taking her shit out of my house for 2 days now, shows up yesterday with 2 pigs because she wants both the big bed and big tv but i tell the cops they are both ours so she only takes one, Im nice and give her the choice, she takes the tv...
shes hanging out across the street today with her new dude, and our 4 yr old daughter so i dont like to be taunted like that because shes a cop calling bitch and starts shit and calls the cops, so i go get fucked up and come home tonight to my back door wide open and my bed gone... I go walking a few blocks to their hotel and see dude outside smoking a cig, I rush at him and chase him around his truck but he runs inside and calls the cops... i get trespassed and told to leave and its a civil matter, she can come in my home and take everything until she says "i have no more possessions in the house"...
fucking pussy robs my bed, runs when i try to fight and calls the cops... i could give a fuck less about the relationship, im glad its over but coming between 10pm-1am and stealing my fucking bed!

^would be quite tricky since these fucks keep calling the cops at the slightest thing, hunterHare dude I can relate, best thing to do now is to change the fucking locks and stay home and if you go out keep a friend or a family member inside, if they break in to get something the cops will haul their ass beat them at their own game
or just beat the crap out of her new boyfriend old style with a baseball bat when he least expects it, that ought to send a message too, but don't leave anything that might prove that it was you, because they might suspect it was you and file charges but if there is no evidence then they're fucked.
and if you're willing to get back at them by violence I suggest you let it cool down for sometime before you do it, so you're not the top suspect on the list.

only thing that works in theese cases is playing the system back. when you came home and found the door open you shoulda filed a report saying someone broke into your house and stole yor bed. then it becomes a criminal matter and if the bed is foudn at their place then they can be facing jail time.

yo when i came home and my door was wide open, i went to slash dudes tires but he was outside smoking, so i ditched the knife and rushed him, he ran around his trucking saying "the cops are around the corner wating for you" i kept chasing trying to fight but he ran in and locked the door.
i beat on the door till the cops came and they told me its civil matter and leave the property and dont come back, there was like 5 cops surrounding me, looking at me funny finally one asked if he could pat me down but i had hide my stash while walking to the hotel.

You gotta get them with a level head. Use the system to your advantage. I feel for your daughter, and hope shes with one of your parents when this is all happening.
And as some else has said, change your locks ASAP, get a cheap security system if possible.

I latched the door they came in with and can only be unlocked from inside.
I really want to beat the fuck out of the guy for taking my bed like that, but i miss my daughter, i guess after work tomorrow i will go to the court house and try to get visitation
but are they going to drug test me?

I am not trying to put a damper on things here, but be prepared for your ex to state you are unfit to take care of the little girl.Judging by what she has done so far I expect this is her next move,try and get some good character references together boss,teachers,doctors those sort of people.
Be prepared for a rough ride with regards to part care of your daughter but whatever you do dont give up! You are entitled to see her, and most courts will realise the importance a father has in a childs life. Unfortunately, if you want full custody most courts (over here anway) are in favour of mothers, even if the mum is a smackhead the courts always give custody to the mother.
I know they are scum and the lowest of the low but get a solicitor/lawyer mate. even if its just for some initial advice. But before you do this go to a Citizens advice Beureau (or the equivalent you have over there) You can get good legal/impartial advice.

duh, If she knows ur a drug user etc shes gonna use that against you think before you act. So if she says your unfit you smoke pot shoot your arm up etc then you might get asked to provide yes .. |

wow i just seen this and remember that shit.
I'll give an update since I got some good advice in here.
My kids mom ended up becoming suicidal again (2nd time in 6 years), went to this place and they sent her to rehab, she ended up leaving with some guy is what i know.
As for me and my kid, we moved to back to my home town which ive been gone from for 9 years, we're stable and had to stay with family for only a month when we first moved here, a hell of a lot more work here in the big city.
Shes really happy, happier than she has ever been, getting ready for kindergarten.
