Pretty straight forward.
The guy don't have condoms as he finds it embarrasing to buy them at the shop.
So he made this toilet paper tube with a walnut taped on top. Now that might hurt a bit so he brought this 25L bucket with tar to ease the pain. The guy says that it's probably not that great to have all that tar up the pussy so he trained these hamsters to enter through this tube and clean up every drop of it.
And if some of the hamsters get stuck in there he modified this electric whisk....etc etc.
He tried it all out on himself, took some time before he could sit straight, but because she is a girl it will be different.
Bottom line, buy condoms safe and without embarrassment from the company shown at the end of the vid.
A tad childish and grouse if you ask me...but there it is.

 Thanks for the translation, Coxy! This is one of these commercials that would only air in Europe. I just try to imagine the faces of the religious nuts around here that would sit to watch TV with their family and see this.
