having this problem with Witcher, as soon as i click Exe after like 5 seconds i get BSOD, and basically thats it. I was reading some stuff on internet about it , that it is a common thingy with vista, but solutions that were there didnt work at all. Game is fully patched ofc.
comp is Vista home premium, Core 2 duo 2.4, Nvidia 8800gts 512, 4gb ram.
Nothing like that happened with any previous games.
Hope someone had similar thingy and knows how to sort it out.
If you have skype running, change the settings to "classic" mode. Had the same problems with witcher a while back. Did that, and it fixed it (along with other games)
