not in my case , i was my teeth almost 10 minutes a day , everyday .. until now , i'm down to 4 cause i think i have paradontosis |

Paradontosis is not only the inflammation of gums „on the surface” but also of the other deeper structures, including the bone. The main cause is not wrong composition of saliva, weakened immunity or inheritance, but non-effective cleaning of the teeth.

well , i don't really know if its paradontosis since my gums are retracting at certain teeth , and on those same teeth i usually was bleading when i brushed them in certain times , but who knows .. ?
i gotta go to dentist to check it out ..
i clean my teeth very effectivly , count those fucking minutes and i split the whole thing in areas which and how to brush .
