ok, ive tried the game and the ape fix.
all seemed ok, so today i finally had some time.
got to the meeting with the scientist, the girl and guy. Got my suit for the first time. but i noticed some errors, the little pest just dissappeared inside the room with the suit.
And when the secret door to the teleporter opened, they all just stood there saying "come on"
When i set the date back, i finally noticed the pest jumping up , and the game worked fine.
so it seems you have to adjust the date back to be able to play it at all
