my real life car is fwd like most other cars, but I would prefer a rwd for some drifting fun.
real drivers choose rwd!

Who the hell picked 4WD over AWD? I hope they know the difference.
Anyway I'd go with FWD for a commute for fuel economy and ease of driving + acceptable bad weather traction.
RWD for a pure sports car as it's the best platform for going fast around corners.
AWD if offered in that same sports car because you get tons of grip at the expense of weight due to the extra differential/transfer case/etc.
4WD i'm not very fond of. How many cars besides pick ups come with full time 4WD now days?

There is a nice section that explains somewhat what the differences are. Also a list of newer cars that use a 4WD system.

Well I can't speak for the others, but (driving a Land Rover Discovery) it looks like I did vote in the wrong section going by that wiki page. It's pretty confusing with terms like 4x4, 4WD and AWD, especially when one AWD system can be completely different to another...
...but whatever, it has 4 driven wheels and they all get muddy.

This poll doesn't take into account that many cars that claim to be AWD/4x4 aren't real AWD/4x4 all the time.
Take for instance the system used by Honda in their 'AWD' autos. The system only engages on a limited basis, and it isn't connected to the rear wheels by a real driveshaft.
Honestly, RWD with a good LSD is the best way to go. You get just as good traction in the winter with such a setup when compared to a FWD system (And most FWD's out there don't have a LSD, so they may indeed perform worse then a RWD system)

it is optional isnt it ?
you use the awd when you actually need it , during winter , rough roads , you have to insane to have it on all the time , it'll just guzzle up fuel .
oh .. don't know about newer audis but the 90s era had permanent quattro .

Why, because you can't afford it? At any rate, a Gallardo is not a supercar, it is a cool, humped up Audi TT.

Apart from the fact the Lamborghini is prone to spontaneously setting on fire. They had loads of pictures on Top Gear and video footage of a fire crew trying to put out the blaze on BBC News.

Yeah, seen the pics in the last show. No idea what's up with that. It's only the Gallardo model, and I think it only applies to the older models, but still...

Not only the car itself. Insurance, tyres. And the fact that they are far from practical. In other words you just can't have one if you live in a big city. Parallel parking without any/next to no view behind you, not all of them got power steering either.
But sure... if you like to look at a cool car in your garage, some people might think its worth it. But lambos are meant to be driven tho, not like those old classics you drive once year.
But well there are driver friendly cars like the NSX, but its pretty rare and out of production... so its far from cheap.
And yeah I know Lambo is German now But id still say its a supercar. Thought it had the same engine as an R8 or something tho :/ Not sure about it.

Oh I agree with you on that, for people like us, owning such a car is silly. But someone who earns that much money, he doesn't care about that stuff. If you had unlimited cash to throw, you would drive anything you want. Like some people have 35 cars in their lots. Do they drive them all the time? Of course not, they just enjoy having them and drive them occasionally.
And I didn't say Lamborghinis are not super cars, I said the Gallardo model is not. The Murciellago is, and in fact a very good one.
You compare a Lamborghini to a Honda?

Lol, fuck 4 seats, if I was to get this, I'd use it as a single-seat cart-like car!
About the color, yeah, white is pretty bad for any car actually (my sig comes into play here), but there surely is a way to paint it aftermarket.

well , i'd rather buy an Aygo which is cheaper , IQ is la 15 grand with some extras and Aygo is about 10 .
easy to park ? i saw a damn C1 , Polo and Aygo with parking sensors , i mean shit , how fucking dumb must you be to need parking sensors on a car as big as that ??
another dumb idea is taking driving lessons and learning to park on a car with parking sensors , when that driver will try using a car without i'm almost sure she or he will fuck up.
