Going to LA 24th Sept - 28th And then on to Vegas 28th - 4th Oct.

Really want to watch a live game, baseball, NBA, ice hockey - but dont think there is anything on during this time?

We're a few weeks early for NBA games aren't we?

Someone from USA care to help?!

You're just a bit too early for hockey by about a week.

just checked, the only baseball team playing home games at that time are the LA Angels..
http://losangeles.angels.mlb.com/schedule/index.jsp?c_id=ana&m=9&y=2009

both the Oakland Raiders and San Diego Chargers are playing (NFL) at home Sunday 27th Smile

I grew up watching the Buffalo Bills Smile Actually I'm going to see a Bills game in Buffalo on Sept 27th now that you mention it.

Ofc hockey is my favourite to watch, and then even probably NBA I like a bit more than the NFL ... but probably it's somewhere on par with MLB for me (which I also watch/go to games).

What's so bad about it?
And I'd rather watch a NFL game than a CFL Laughing
Too bad that the US sports channels are all "fuck you up the ass and hump your wallet dry" pay per view channels around here -,-'
(Although I'd enjoy college football games even more but that's the same, channel wise)

I will only watch the CFL if the Toronto Argos make it to the play offs. I find the CFL boring (to few teams) and don't like the rules. 3 downs instead of 4....wtf?
I like the running game...not just a run and a pass or a pass and a run and then a punt (if a 1st down isn't made).

My dad watches the CFL and the NFL. Loves football.

I only watch the NFL tho. From Week 1 to the SuperBowl.
The NFL has '2 leagues' right - AFC and NFC.

Far more interesting than CFL football.

But like Nouse, I usually go to one Argos game a year.

LA Angels of Anaheim
http://losangeles.angels.mlb.com/index.jsp?c_id=ana

Do you know the the rules of Baseball tho? And the nuances of the game? Its no fun if you don't.

Here's the stuff from the MLB (Major League Baseball)
http://www.mlb.com/mlb/official_info/official_rules/foreword.jsp

Read it all. U need to know the terms, rules, plays etc
There's a lot to Baseball.

lol Canadians do it on Saturday's lol

Hockey Night in Canada biatch! Very Happy

Seriously...if you ever come to Canada...don't talk shit bout Hockey man lol Even ppl who move here get right into it.
And in Toronto....never ever talk shit bout the Leafs...UNLESS your from Toronto/GTA. I don't know why thats the way it is....but I've seen some funny stuff go down cuz some guys will walk into a Toronto sports bar during a Leaf game wearing a Senator's or Canadien's jersey lol

NFL is awesome as well. I only watch one or two teams mind you (Giants and occasionally the Chiefs) but still, great fun Smile
