Popcap Game Collection

Games (47):

 Spoiler:

i actually played every single game listed above (yes, i must be mad or really bored). the games i enjoy out of the bunch are:

Bejeweled 2 Deluxe
Bookworm Adventures Deluxe
Chuzzle Deluxe
Insaniquarium Deluxe
Plants vs Zombies
Typer Shark Deluxe
Zuma Deluxe

it all depends on your taste of course whether you like one game or another. of the 7 above, the best imho are

Bookworm Adventures Deluxe
Insaniquarium Deluxe
Plants vs Zombies

beware though, most of these game will require a lot of mouse clicking. i resorted to using xpadder to help me beat the last boss in 'Insaniquarium Deluxe' because of the insane mouse clicking involved. i think they could have done a lot more with this game. there's still a lot of potential to be had.

the same can be said for 'Bookworm Adventures Deluxe.' this game reminds me of puzzle quest. instead of 'bejeweled' like puzzles, it uses words formation. you use word to fight the various nasties/boss fights. it has an rpg element to it. you can raise level and collect/use items.

finally, 'Plants vs Zombies' can be very addictive. it has it's own thread here so i'm not going to discuss it further.

oh, yeah. in most of these games, you can't change the resolution. i think most defaults to 640x480. at any rate, most look horrible in full screen mode. i run in 2560x1600 native. of course, most also have an option to play in a window. unfortunately, you can't resize the bloody window! so i'm squinting when i try to play in window mode. widescreen and hd mode are definitely not what popcap are targetting here folks.

anyway, i recommend trying them out. you might end up finding something you really like to play. Very Happy

Bookworm adventure is quite fun. Most memorable moment was when I pulverized Circae's ass with the word 'FATALITIES'. Longest word I done in the game. Smile

At first it was Fat...then fatal...then fatality...then I noticed a free IES lyign around...gave it a go and the game accepted. Instant kill.

Oh sweet, never heard of that one until now. Kinda liked the original Bookworm but it did get old pretty quick... Bookworm Adventures looks great. Smile

You also got the Prophet release? I got a "free trial expired" message after beating the Hydra in Bookworm Adventures.

By hydra you mean that tentacle/thigny at the end of the ship level? Because I have the prophet release and I'm past that.

The seven-headed hydra; you need to fight all 7 heads separately and in a row without health refill inbetween.

So, does anyone know the source on this? A homemade ISO, I'm assuming?

Popcap.Game.Collection.CRACKFiX-PROPHET

PopCap Game Collection *CRACKFiX* (C) PopCap

release date: July 2762
protection: Serial + Activation + Custom
# of discs: languages: EN

Whooopsie... Seems we missed a couple of protection
systems in two of the titles, which stopped people
playing past certain levels in the games. No excuse
really, just checking 46 games was a rather lengthy
task and we were tired!

1- Unpack
2- Copy the cracked files into your installation dir
(if you have these games installed)

---

So yeah, get that if you like Peggle or Bookworm Adventures, those are the two games affected.

Crazy if someone can manage 16-letter words tho - would need incredible luck.
