... am I missing the batch option or is there a better program for this?

I have the program, I'm using it.

I asked if there was a batch option. Converting hundreds of movies one at a time isn't fun.

According to http://audioconverter.heartware.dk/Tutorial/ there is a batch mode.

Look for sections titled "Directory mode" and "Selecting among multiple files".
