Well I have a G25 for some years now, and it has been fantastic. The pedals won't fall apart like the MOMO, they can take prolonged abuse and the shifter (which represents the weakest link in terms of build quality) hasn't given up the ghost either.
Whether it's the best wheel or not, I don't know as I've only ever ridden with the MOMO and the G25. But you can't go wrong if you choose that. There is a newer version coming out sometime at the end of this year though, with more buttons on the face of the wheel - but it'll cost more I'm sure
