I have a 320GB SATA I just installed windows 7 on and I want only 60GB of that dedicated to the os then split the rest off into a different partition.

but...




won't let me shrink it like that Neutral

that HD is only using like 20GB so far

That message implies that you need to defragment so that the important files will get stacked up properly. Maybe you should use JkDefrag.

Or just use another partition software, like Partition Magic.
