Hmm i cant get the latest adobe flash player to install in FF..

It says it installs for firefox solaris etc browser from adobe site and still i get told from a flash game site that i need latest, I go to adobe and it says i dont have latest lol.. But it installs so it should be latest lol..

Is there a problem in updating flash with FF? IE updated fine.. no need for fancy removal of flash in IE like i remember one had to do..

Shouldn't be any problems to update flash or shockwave, you could try to uninstall them via add/remove as they get entries there and then if theres any remains in the actual browsers plugin/addon list you might try to delete those as well.

Then just go here. http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Select the "different OS or browser" and then select the OS you use (Windows XP/Vista) in most cases.

Finally click the little button that says flash player for other browsers to avoid the little browser installer and/or adobes download manager and download the stand-alone installer directly, exit any browsers you currently have running and then install it, should be everything that is needed to get it to work properly on any supported OS. Smile

EDIT: Might as well do this anyway.
http://fpdownload.adobe.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player.exe
http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/shockwave/default/english/win95nt/latest/Shockwave_Installer_Full.exe
(Just deselect Google toolbar when offered unless you want to install it.)

EDIT: Seems you fixed it while I wrote this stuff.
