I need to urgently send a fax. Is there a way to simply write a message on the PC and then send it via (some sort of software) to the recipient, so he gets it on his fax?.
You need a modem or isdn card to send a fax from your pc.
If you have an old modem lying around, you can use windows xp build in fax service (you need to add it manually).
There are some internet services that allow sending a fax through the internet, but cost money. You should try looking for such local services, as they would be the cheapest.
Also, some mobile phones allow using them as a modem when connected through bluetooth, so you should also try this.

Wow, they sent it in one day? Mail in Israel takes at least a week, and that's if you are lucky and they don't misplace it or send it to the wrong address.
