Got this on PS3, love this game!! Waiting on the PC version though, I tend to have a hard time aiming.

Been playing on the 360. Absolutely amazing considering the price. It really brings back the perfect mix of chaos and stealth. Although tonight the server keeps crashing. I think EA and DICE are gonna make a killing off of it because they really didnt create anything new per say, just a really well balanced FPS which they have perfected over the years. The plane is really fun once you get the hang of it.
No weapon unlocks kinda blows but for only $15 bucks I cant complain.

Is there a way to get that trial on the ps3 too? As i dont have Xbox gold membership and dont want to buy it.
In the description in PSN Store it is saying you can upgrade your trial to full. But i can only buy it, not download any trial. I have an EU account.
edit: Ok no trial for german store. Wtf is wrong with people these days.

FUCK xbox live! I hate it so much. I just want to enter my card details and pay exactly 15$ for this game, nothing more nothing less, but NO, I have to buy fucking MS points and on EU marketplace they are very expensive. I tried looking online for cheaper points but I don't need a fucking 2100 points card, I just want to pay 15$ for this bloody game and that's it. I want to buy a game and but can't, thanks to nice MS business model.

Well come on. Even if you buy the 2100 points you know you are going to use sooner or later.

Just make a UK PSN account, download it via that, log into your German account and it should be there to play.

It feels modern to me. The only problem is the controls aren't as friendly as they should be. On the PC I can use a joystick for example and that's fine (although even then the controls were pretty shoddy) but they haven't really taken advantage of the gamepad so it feels even more complicated and less responsive than a flight simulator.

played it on ps3 a bit, infantry is pretty fun but man the planes are bloody *lame*.
the controls are completely fubared & i can't seem to invert the axis the way i want to trough the control options.
having to aim up to go up feels extremely awkward when flying, i can't get used to it

Thats strange, on the 360 inverted just the flying axis so down pulls up on the joypad, works perfectly, cant figure out the perfect power balance to get a quicker turn in though, anyone with thoughts on this?

Yeah flying controls are fine on 360, you can invert and there are like 4 flying presets even for lefties (wtf?).

use left to tun. use right to increasse decrease altitutde.
 no need for stunts 
fly/shoot/kiss/bomb

lol. During my 30 minute trial I came out on top of scoreboard every single time. I guess that has to do with me playing every single Battlefield game on PC to death as well as Bad Company on 360. |
this was the first fps i checked out on xbox lol 
it's a lot of fun
planes are hard getting used to... sniping is iffy too on my end
gotta get more in tune with the controller tho
i still suck at gears of war
but this i spent like 3 hours playing before goin to the hospital lol...
it's an awesome time waster
